Adopting an inquiry-based approach, Science Around Us uses experiential learning to help learners develop into confident, competent and conscientious individuals.
The activities in the activity books are designed to develop science process skills and 21st century competencies in learners, which include asking questions, making hypotheses, socio-emotional competencies and ICT skills.
Learners will experience science in a meaningful and exciting manner through activities that are aimed at helping them develop values and attitudes related to the practice of science.
